Annunciate le nomination per l’88ª edizione della cerimonia degli Oscar si terrà al Dolby Theatre di Los Angeles il 28 febbraio 2016. Ennio Morricone nominato per la colonna sonora di The Hateful Eight.
I premi Oscar sono divisi in 24 categorie e sono assegnati dall’Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences un’organizzazione composta da persone che fanno parte di ogni ruolo del cinema (registi, attori, direttori della fotografia, costumisti e così via). Per chi già se lì è dimenticati, questi sono i vincitori dei Golden Globes del 2016 e questi i vincitori degli Oscar del 2015. Ennio Morricone, tre giorni dopo aver vinto il Golden Globe, è nominato per la colonna sonora di The Hateful Eight di Tarantino. Nel 2007 il compositore italiano è stato insignito dell’Oscar alla carriera nel 2007.
