For the Secretary General of Fim Cisl Marco Bentivogli "the one presented is an ambitious and robust platform, which aims not only to increase wages and welfare but also innovation and training as a strategic element for workers and the company".

“Those who love the people they represent – continues the leader of the metalworkers of the CISL – hope that the companies do well, make profits and redistribute them with the workers. In this sense, it is necessary to change the pace of industrial relations aiming at the strategic participation of workers, which will be increasingly decisive in the success of companies. The goal today must be to implement the industrial plan presented by Sergio Marchionne last June. It is important to have answers on the new models and an acceleration on technological innovation, towards the hybrid and the electric one”. For this reason, greater and more incisive dialogue will be needed with the new CEO Michael Manley as well as with Pietro Gorlier, head of activities in Europe, to improve the previous one starting from our platform".
