After the great success on the social channels of the 18 cellar-chef virtual "challenges" for a perfect wine-food pairing, which totaled over 2 million contacts, we now move from the virtual to the physical: on Thursday 18th in 12 regions there will be at the same time the "live" versions of "The taste in the challenge", 18 meetings between the best restaurants of the peninsula and the Great Brands of Italian wines.
An authentic journey into excellence that will involve 12 regions, from the far north to the deep south of the country conceived by Istituto Grandi Marchi to support the world of catering after the difficult months of the lockdown. A unique opportunity to regain the taste of conviviality and try the dishes of the great chefs combined with the extraordinary wines of the cellars that are part of the famous group. Eighteen unmissable appointments to celebrate the natural liaison between great wine producers and great interpreters of haute cuisine.

Each of the eighteen chefs involved will then lead the guests of the evening to the experience of the pairing proposed online but with the addition of a complete menu designed for the occasion, able to best enhance the labels of the producers of the Grandi Marchi group.
