There's no need to pass out to enjoy the satisfaction of drinking a good wine. Italy has an immense wealth of oenological biodiversity to guarantee all demanding palates at any price. The Berebene Guide by Gambero Rosso is proof of this, which tells the story of the best of Italian enology under 13 euros.
The Guide suggests, 848 wines available on the shelves of wine shops and large-scale distribution, on the online showcases of company e-shops and wine-commerce sites throughout Italy.
An important novelty is represented by aappendix dedicated to the best ones Italian wine shops: unlike in previous years, they have been gathered in a single section to create a sort of more homogeneous "guide within a guide". Among the 371 shops reviewed, 43 were awarded the Tre Cavatappi, the recognition that indicates the places where there is an excellent selection, curated with passion by expert winemakers.
