Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Banca Finint launch the "Export Basket Bond Programme", a 500 million euro bond issue plan to support the internationalization of Italian companies.
The first issue was launched on Tuesday, at a fixed rate and with a duration of 8 and a half years. The bond was subscribed by Cdp and by Banca del Mezzogiorno – Mediocredito Centrale (Invitalia group) for 90% of the total amount. Finint played the role of Arranger.
The operation involved 10 companies from the Elite program of Borsa Italiana, supported by Confindustria, for the training and tutoring of companies wishing to embark on a path of organizational and managerial development.
The amounts issued and the coupons paid on the bonds are differentiated for each issuer according to the financial needs and relative creditworthiness.
