A calendar of 25 events that aim to make the prince of Trentino wines known and appreciated inside and outside the Piana Rotaliana, from the Paganella plateau to Vallagarina, from Lake Garda to the Pinè plateau, up to Valsugana, passing through the city of Trent. There are more than 20 appointments through visits to the cellar, tastings, themed dinners, aperitifs, food and wine proposals and holiday proposals, in addition to the inevitable "Experiences of taste" thanks to the involvement of over fifty members of the Trentino Association throughout the province, which animate the XXX edition of "Waiting for September Rotaliano - Discovering Teroldego", scheduled from today until 26 September.
The "go", as usual, with the Roccabruna Special Teroldego Proposal which today and tomorrow and from 23 to 25 September, from 17.00 to 22.00 will give the opportunity to taste different labels of Teroldego Rotaliano and Teroldego grappa among the splendid halls and the large outdoor courtyard of Palazzo Roccabruna-Provincial Enoteca of Trentino in Trento. At 20.30 in the court of Palazzo Martini in Mezzocorona, a special tasting of 10 labels by Teroldego Rotaliano entitled A great wine with many faces is scheduled, organized by ONAV - Section of Trento. Among the wines for tasting, that of Azienda Agricola de Vescovi Ulzbach, Azienda Agricola Donati Marco, Azienda Agricola Zeni Roberto, Cantina Endrizzi, Cantina Rotaliana di Mezzolombardo, Cantine Mezzacorona, Dorigati, Gaierhof Azienda Vinicola, redondèl small farm.
In terms of Tasteful Experiences, proposals to be enjoyed during the day by the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route. Specifically, on the weekends of 18 and 19 and of 25-26 September, there is the possibility of taking part in the Weekend in the special Teroldego cellar: guided tour and/or tasting of Teroldego Rotaliano and/or Teroldego grappa at the companies Casimiro Distillery Farm, Endrizzi Winery, Rotaliana di Mezzolombardo Winery, Mezzacorona Winery, Marzadro Distillery, Villa Corniole and Vivallis are open. On the two-wheeler front, Taste&Bike “Il Teroldego and the Piana Rotaliana” is available every day, upon reservation, between San Michele all'Adige, Mezzocorona and Mezzolombardo, which includes two visits to the cellar with relative tastings, a visit to the Museum of habits and customs of the Trentino people and lunch. Instead, there are two Taste&Train proposals: Taste&Train along via del Teroldego, active from 16 to 19 and from 21 to 26 September, which includes travel by train to visit two wineries/distilleries, with relative tastings, and a final lunch, and Taste&Train between Piana and Castelli, scheduled only for Friday 17 and 24 September, which includes breakfast, a visit to a historical-cultural place, a guided tour with tasting in a cellar and lunch, between Lavis, San Michele all'Adige and Mezzolombardo.
And again, Teroldego in the cellar at the Andrea Martinelli di Mezzocorona farm is scheduled until 26 September, with a guided tour of the vineyard and historic cellar, followed by a tasting of Teroldego Rotaliano paired with local products.
Profumi di Teroldego (link) also takes place on the same days, which includes a walk in the vineyard with lunch at the Madonna delle Vittorie di Arco farmhouse followed by a tasting of the company's wines and, subsequently, a visit to the Marzadro distillery in Nogaredo with direct tasting XNUMX% grappa alembic and tasting of grappas, including that of Teroldego, combined with chocolate.
At the Mezzacorona Cellars of San Michele all'Adige, on Friday 17, Saturday 18, Thursday 23 and Saturday 25 September, it's time for the XNUMXth harvest, with a visit to the cellar and tasting of the company's Teroldego Rotaliano, paired with finger food from the restaurant From Pino.
Not far away, in Mezzolombardo, on Saturday 18 and 25 September, the Azienda Agricola Zanini Luigi opens its doors for Il vino e its 5 elements, which includes tours of the cellar and tasting of the company's Teroldego Rotaliano, preceded by a visit to the vinification vat and complimentary personalized bottle.
Moving up to Lavarone, the Malghese Aperitif is back on Saturday 18 September, with guided trekking and a visit to the Lenzi Farm, to discover the secrets of cheese production, and a final picnic on the lawn to taste a 100% Trentino aperitif with Vezzena and the other cheeses from Fattoria Lenzi, La Trentina apples, Teroldego Rotaliano from Azienda Agricola Zanini Luigi, Acqua Levico and a delicious proposal made by Malga Millegrobbe.
Wednesday 22 September, at the Antiche Contrade of Pergine Valsugana, it's the turn of Degustando il Teroldego, an evening with the producer during which the Teroldego Rotaliano of Cavit will meet the dishes of the restaurant.
Finally, on Thursday 23 September there will be music with Tribute to John Coltrane, at the cellar of the Endrizzi winery in San Michele all'Adige, where the Teroldego Rotaliano and other company wines will be offered in combination with the dishes of the Da Pino restaurant.
There is no shortage of gastronomic proposals, accessible during all the days of A tutto Teroldego. Two, in particular, the proposals of the capital: Teroldego Rotaliano at the table, at the Antica Trattoria Due Mori restaurant, Teroldego Rotaliano and mountain flavors at the Ristorante al Vò, both with dishes paired with Teroldego Rotaliano from Azienda Agricola Donati Marco. There are also two occasions in Vallagarina: Gusti di montagna, at the Locanda delle Tre Chiavi in Isera, with Teroldego Rotaliano by De Vigili, and Perfumes in Autumn, at the Il Doge Restaurant, with Teroldego Rotaliano by Cantina Endrizzi.
Furthermore, the Alt Spaur Restaurant in Spormaggiore organizes Teroldego Rotaliano in Spormaggiore, with the wine of Azienda Agricola Endrizzi Elio e F.lli, that of Azienda Agricola Betta Luigino and that of Azienda Agricola Donati Marco; the Locanda 2 Camini in Baselga di Pinè – from 16 to 19 and from 23 to 26 September – The Prince at the table, with the wine of Azienda Agricola Donati Marco; and L'Ora Ristorante in Riva del Garda – from 21 to 24 September – The excellences, with the Teroldego of Azienda Agricola Endrizzi Elio e F.lli and that of Dorigati.
On the hospitality front, again from 16 to 26 September, the B&B Alla Loggia dell'Imperatore in Levico Terme focuses on Weekend between Teroldego and local flavours, a one-night holiday proposal to discover the initiatives of the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route and of Cavit's Teroldego Rotaliano, while the Piccolo Dolomiti Resort offers a dive into flavors or a three-day weekend, including a guided tasting in the hotel's cellar of different types of Teroldego Rotaliano. Lastly, the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori proposes Teroldego Rotaliano Special Taste Trips, i.e. a Teroldego Rotaliano-themed holiday proposal with its members tailored to the needs of the guest.
