Gala, a company active in the sale of electricity and gas, was awarded all 10 geographical lots of the annual tender for the supply of electricity to the Public Administration of all Italian regions called by Consip. Thanks to the award, explains a note, Gala will stipulate an agreement with Consip, lasting 12 months plus any other six months of extension, in the context of which it will be able to accept orders from the PA for the supply of 5,76 TWh of electricity.
“This result consolidates Gala's leadership in the supply of electricity to the Public Administration, which includes ministries, provinces, regions, barracks and hospitals. Gala has already won numerous other public tenders for 2015 - adds the press release - including Intercent ER, Viveracqua, Ferrovie Nord and Cispel which together are worth around 1,5 TWh, significantly consolidating its presence also on the private market, in particular on the residential and business segments”.
Mid-morning the Gala title gains 2,7% in Piazza Affari a 11,15 euro.
