The list of the most awarded wines of the year obtained from a database of the Gentleman magazine which added the scores obtained by the most important Italian labels in the Italian and international wine guides.

Fifteen Italian wines, ten reds and five whites, unbeatable from all points of view, fifteen wines on which to bet without hesitation to taste the best of this year's production. There are fifteen labels that have achieved the maximum score of a global guide, that is drawn up by adding up all the scores received from the most authoritative Italian and foreign rankings.

Opening the ranking of the top 10 reds is Sassicaia 2018 by Tenuta S. Guido, followed by Solaia 2018 by Antinori, Masseto 2018 by Ornellaia-Frescobaldi, San Leonardo 2016 by San Leonardo, Montefalco Sagrantino by Arnaldo Caprai, Tignanello by Antinori, the Sodi di S. Niccolò 2017 from Castellare di Castellina, Baffonero 2018 from Rocca di Frassinello, Amarone 2017 from Allegrini, Bolgheri from Guado al Tasso 2018 from Antinori and Fratta 2017 from Maculan.

Instead, it is the Chardonnay Cuvée Bois 2019 by Les Cretes, which opens the ranking of the top five whites followed by Sauvignon Vieris 2019 by Via di Romans, Sauvignon Roncò delle Mele '20 by Venica & Venica, Chardonnay Lafoa '19 by Colterenzio and Fco Biancosto ' 19 of Tunella.

The Gentleman classification operates, the Class Editori magazine based on a database, which has been collecting ratings for over 15 years edited by Cesare Pillon, supported by Emanuele Elli.

The Guide obtained by crossing the scores of the main Italian guides with the evaluations of four international authorities: Wine Spectator, Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate, Vinous and James Suckling has come to select a total of 100 red and 50 Italian wines from which they were then obtained the red top ten and the white top five.
