Telecom Italia's governance is as stalled as the Porcellum. To say it is the executive president of the group, Franco Bernabè, speaking of the protection of minority shareholders: "We need changes to the statute, the votes in the board must be proportional to the votes in the meeting". To do so, however, the support of Telco is needed, which has the possibility of blocking everything in the meeting.
“It's a bit like the Italian electoral law – commented Bernabè – everyone wants to change it, but everyone is fine with it because it allows you to nominate representatives with blocked lists”.
