Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone still moves on the Generali stock. The vice-president of the company, as well as being a shareholder with approximately 2%, purchased one million "American style" put options on Generali shares at the unit price of 1,2665 euro, with a total investment of 1,266 million, as emerges from the communications on stock market internal dealing. The operation took place on 15 October last, the day before the expiry date.
The underlying is one million Generali shares, at the unit settlement price of 17,5 euro, for a total of 17,5 million euro. During the summer, Caltagirone has already carried out some transactions on Generali options or shares. On 21 August, among other things, the entrepreneur, through FGC spa, sold 500 shares at 16 euros per share, for a total of 8 million euros, through the exercise of derivative instruments. Generali shares closed today at 16,5 euros, down 0,30%.
