Top Employers Italy 2026: 144 companies awarded, including Generali, Intesa, Unicredit, Poste Italiane, and Terna.

This award recognizes organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence in people management and a concrete commitment to developing strategies aimed at enhancing human capital. B for Bank has been confirmed among the Top Employers Italy for the seventh consecutive year.
