This isn't just any financial news. The €592 million deal approved just a fortnight ago, which supports Harmonic Innovation Group's (HIG) 2026–2030 business plan, shouldn't be seen as yet another successful round, but as a clear signal: Calabria is now entering concretely, with method and vision, into the real geography of the industrial and technological future of the Mediterranean. This growth is also expected to be reflected in the group's overall valuation: the fair value of its equity investments, currently estimated at around €350 million, is expected to increase to approximately €1 billion, to which will be added the value of its real estate assets, estimated at an additional €200 million. But perhaps the most significant development is another: sophisticated and patient capital is choosing a long-term vision rooted in a territory too often considered marginal. This does not happen because of abstract trust, but because there is concrete implementation.
At the heart of this journey is Entopan

The operation is led by the Spanish Rubicon International, a lead investor specializing in structured and alternative finance. It operates alongside Rubicon IMCI+ International, through a newly established vehicle. The commitment of HIG's current shareholders has also been confirmed: Santo Versace and Francesca De Stefano, Antonio and Angelo Ferraro means 2EFFE Holding, Besides Entopan e DarwinThe structure of the operation includes a capital increase of 30 million euros, Of which 15 million subscribed by the Hispanic-Swiss Consortium and the remaining part by the current members, supported by a Convertible shareholder loan of €562,5 million, disbursed in tranches starting from June 2026 by Rubicon Finance Network e IMCI+ International, at an initial valuation of more than one billion euros.
Who is HIG?
Harmonic Innovation Group, benefit company, oversees the entire innovation chain, structured around three industrial axes, and aims to build an integrated, process- and product-driven ecosystem, with a strong focus on AI and human-centered innovation.
