Receivables from the PA to be offset against tax debts, vouchers also in tourism, health cards for playing slots and a series of new features for fixed-term contracts. There are several last-minute changes to the Dignity Decree, which after the go-ahead from the Finance and Labor commissions of the Chamber lands today in the Chamber at Montecitorio.

PAYABLE CREDITS OFF TAX PAYABLES

The companies that have credits with the PA and debts with the tax authorities will be able to offset them again in 2018.

TRANSITIONAL PERIOD FOR NEWS ON PRECARIAT

The new rules for fixed-term contracts do not apply to extensions and renewals signed up to 31 October 2018.

VOUCHERS IN TOURISM

The vouchers can also be used in the tourism sector, as well as in agriculture, but only for activities with up to 8 employees.

CONTRACTS RATES

The share of employees hired with fixed-term contracts "cannot exceed 30% of the number of permanent workers employed by the user on January 0,5 of the year of stipulation of the aforesaid contract, with a decimal rounding up to the next unit if it is equal to or greater than XNUMX".

CONCILIATION OFFERS

In the event of dismissal, the conciliation offer, which today can fluctuate between a minimum of one and a maximum of 18 months' salary, may be set between 3 and 27 months' salary.

SANCTIONS FOR THOSE WHO VIOLATE THE RULES ON PRECARIAT

In the event of stipulation of a contract lasting more than twelve months in the absence of the necessary conditions, the transformation into an open-ended contract is automatically triggered.

And when the administration of work "is carried out with the specific purpose of circumventing mandatory provisions of the law or of the collective agreement applied to the worker, the administrator and the user are punished with a fine of 20 euros for each worker involved and each day of administration" .

SCHOOL: JUMP THE 36 MONTH ROOF

Skip the 36-month ceiling for fixed-term employment contracts in the school sector. The measure was contained in the 2015 school reform.

DOMESTIC WORKERS

The contribution increase of 0,5% for those who renew a fixed-term contract will not weigh on families who have domestic cleaners or caregivers employed by them.

HEALTH CARD FOR SLOTS

To play the slot machines it will be necessary to insert the health card into the device, "in order to prevent access to games by minors".

“NO SLOT” LOGO FOR BARS

The Mise will establish the "no slot" logo for commercial activities that have not installed entertainment machines.
