Enel: the recruitment of 375 young people in e-distribution has started

The company's goal of creating a generational change in the company continues – New hires will be placed on a 36-month apprenticeship contract.

New hires begin in e-distribuzione - from 30 June the new name of Enel Distribuzione - the Enel Group company that manages the electricity distribution network. There are 375 young graduates with a technical focus, between the ages of 18 and 29, who have just entered the company with a 36-month apprenticeship contract, who will work in the Operating Units distributed throughout the national territory.

For apprentices there is a specific path aimed at transmitting the technical know-how necessary to operate competently and safely on the plants. The program provides for the alternation of classroom and field training sessions, using the teaching site as a way of concrete involvement in the work activity, carried out in a protected environment and under the supervision of expert people.

The course aims to develop a multi-purpose preparation and to encourage the adoption of behaviors in line with corporate values, first of all safety.

With the hirings in 2016, the process of generational turnover, already started in 2014, continues with the aim of contributing to the cultural change and continuous evolution of the company.
