The list for European intermediaries has been operational since Wednesday 2 February 2022 real estate credit. With the entry into force of the European Passport - the European Law 2019-2020 - the Body has made available a special list - available on its website - which will be "populated" once the competent authority of the Member State of origin will communicate the subjects authorized to operate in the country of origin and interested in the national market.
At this point, the body will have one month to proceed with theregistration. While, as regards credit intermediation activities other than real estate credit to consumers, the Body will inform "cross-border" subjects of the conditions envisaged for their performance in Italy.
Italian intermediaries who carry out, or would like to carry out, activities in the real estate credit sector for consumers in other countries, will have to notify the Oam who will inform the competent authority of the other member state within one month.
Finally, subjects who register from today will have a form available in the reserved area with which to indicate the countries in which they intend to operate.
