Specifically, this new figure corresponds to 126 more unemployed than in the previous month.

Taking into consideration the entire European Union, the rate increased by one decimal point to 9,8%, 130 more unemployed than the previous month. Again according to Eurostat data, average inflation is stable at 3% on an annual basis, however a figure relating to a preliminary estimate for the month of November.
