UniCredit confirms its commitment to supporting local businesses. The banking group has disbursed a 7 million euro loan for Latterie Soresina – historic cooperative milk processing company – to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 health emergency.
The financing was secured digitally within hours of SACE under the program Italy Warranty, confirming Unicredit's full operation on all the possible solutions envisaged by the Liquidity Decree.
The financial resources from the operation to support the historic company, as well as mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus emergency, will also be essential to support the execution of the development plan for the three-year period 2020-2022 with a solid financial structure.
Latterie Soresina has its headquarters in Soresina, in the province of Cremona, and around 200 member farms located in Lombardy in the provinces of Cremona, Brescia, Mantua, Bergamo and Milan.
Furthermore, the company produces various types of high quality dairy products. Currently, it is the first producer in the world of Grana Padano and occupies leading positions in other Italian excellences, such as butter and provolone.
