New orders for the Trevi division, specialized in underground engineering services. The works, mostly infrastructural, will involve various countries and will be equal to a total value of 120 million euros.

"The acquisition of these new orders in areas of historical interest confirm the appreciation of customers towards the Group and its ability to execute projects", declared the CEO of the Trevi Group, Stefano Trevisani. “The new jobs in the United States – he explained – demonstrate the positive trend that this market continues to record again this year in the infrastructure sector. West Africa and the Middle East, however, once again prove to be areas of significant development as there seems to be a gradual recovery in the demand for civil works in the region”.

2014 is preparing to be a very interesting year as regards the infrastructure sector and Trevi is ready to carry out civil works in West Africa and Asia.

The works include in particular the installation of onshore and offshore bored piles through the use of the most innovative equipment for special foundations produced by Soilmec. The total value of the works will be approximately 50 million dollars.

Treviicos, a subsidiary of the Trevi Group in the USA, will instead take care of a series of orders for special foundation works in New Orleans, Florida, Washington DC and Boston. The works will concern the safety of the land, the consolidation and installation of anchors as well as containment walls-diaphragms for the construction of infrastructures. The total amount will be approximately 45 million dollars.

In the Middle East, the contracts won will concern land consolidation projects for special foundation works for the construction of new buildings for commercial and residential use. In this case the total value of the works will be approximately 25 million dollars.
