Tim, Sparkle: Siragusa new president

Stefano Siragusa, chief infrastructures officer of the Tim group, is the new president of Telecom Italia Sparkle. The TI Sparkle shareholders' meeting - reads a note from Tim - proceeded to renew the board of directors for the 2018-2020 financial years, appointing directors: Stefano Siragusa, Riccardo Delleani, Roberto Moro, Michela Mossini, Ettore Spigno. The board which met following the conclusion of the meeting then appointed Siragusa as chairman and Delleani as managing director.
