stellantis suspends production at its Kaluga plant in Russia. The group communicates it in a note. “Following the daily strengthening of the multiple sanctions and the logistical difficulties encountered – we read – Stellantis has suspended its production activity in Kaluga, in order to guarantee full compliance with all the multiple sanctions and to protect its employees”.
In the same note, the automotive group affirms that it condemns the violence and supports "any action that can restore peace".
Stellantis stock collapses in Piazza Affari
One hour after the opening, Stellantis shares dropped 4,5% to 13,432 euros. This is one of the worst performances on the Ftse Mib, which in the same minutes, also due to the coupon effect – including that of Stellantis – travels in the red by about one percentage point.
