The Board of Sistema Moda Italia has approved the proposal formulated by the designated President Claudio Marenzi relating to the team of entrepreneurs who will have to support him in running the Textile and Fashion Federation over the next four years. Together with the ratification of Marenzi's appointment by the Commission made up of Carlalberto Corneliani, Marino Vago and Paolo Zegna, today the Giunta wanted to thank the outgoing president Michele Tronconi, whose mandate expires on 2 July, for the work done.
Together with Claudio Marenzi, they will be part of the new Board of Directors: Marino Vago, Deputy Vice President, Paolo Bastianello, Vice President Treasurer, Michele Bocchese, Director in charge of Industrial Policy, Vincenzo Cangioli, Director in charge of the System of the 'upstream' of the supply chain, Mario Cantaluppi, Director in charge of the Center Studies, Stefano Festa Marzotto, Councilor in charge of international promotion and as permanent guests with delegation of the President: Mario Montonati, with responsibility for the Environment and Energy, Pino Prezioso, with responsibility for Europe.
Claudio Marenzi has traced the path of what will be his presidency, in a global scenario in continuous change: "There are important and concrete signs, such as the renewal of the top of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, that the Italian textile industry and Fashion has understood, overcoming atavistic individualisms, that only by working as a system can it face the demanding challenges that await it. Competent and established representatives of all the productive realities of our sector join my team, voice of the interests of their territories, but above all protagonists of the defense and development of the entire sector”.
