Change in the presidency of the Pirelli. Li Fanrong was proposed to the post of President after - as stated in an official note from the group led by Marco Provera ankle boots – the current Chairman of Pirelli & CSpA Ning Gaoning has resigned from all the positions held in the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from today's date, due to the termination of his position as Chairman of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd.
Pirelli thanks Ning Gaoning for the contribution made to the Company in recent years and specifies that as of today's date Ning Gaoning does not hold shares and/or other financial instruments
issued by Pirelli and that no indemnity or other benefits are envisaged as a consequence of the
termination of office.
Following the resignation communicated by Ning Gaoning, the new President of Sinochem, Li Fanrong,
communicated to the Company its willingness to accept the possible appointment as of now a
Director by co-optation by the Pirelli Board of Directors as well as the office of
President of the Company.
In view of the above, the Executive Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marco Tronchetti
Provera, will convene the Board of Directors to propose the cooptation of Li Fanrong and his own
subsequent appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
