News day for the Fiat group. Important change in Fiat Auto, with the appointment of Alfredo Altavilla as Chief Operating Officer for the so-called EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Altavilla, who will continue to coordinate the Group's Business Development, replaces Gianni Coda, who has reached the age limit.
News also for Fiat Industrial which, in view of the merger with CNH, is reorganizing itself, with the creation of four regional structures, which will be led by the president and CEO of CNH Richard Tobin. The Group Executive Council (GEC) will also be formed, which will be the main decision-making body in Fiat Industrial behind the regional council.
