Le state Railways and sindacati they subscribed to a hypothesis of Tuesday agreement for the renewal of the company contract of the FS Group. The trade unions involved are various: Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl Ferrovieri, Fast Confsal and Orsa Ferrovie.
Railways-unions agreement on contract renewal: one-off salary increase
With the understanding it is recognized a salary increase of 110 euros per month and – to cover the period January 2021, 30-April 2022, XNUMX – a one-off amount of 500.
Not only that: "At the same time, the FS note reads - taking into account the professionalism and commitment made by the workers also in 2021 to ensure mobility services for the country, an agreement was signed for the recognition of an additional sum of 850 euros, usable in part for forms of corporate welfare".

Complementary pensions and supplementary healthcare
Still on the subject of corporate welfare, the agreement envisages investing in particular in supplementary pensions, with the increase to 2% of the company contribution, and on supplementary health care, raising at 300 euros the annual sum recognized for each employee.
A new observatory
A new Observatory is then set up for the development of welfare and work-life balance initiatives, which will have the task of monitoring and collecting proposals on these issues.
Highly specialized personnel and training procedures
Lastly, the agreement introduces an entry path dedicated to highly specialized personnel and the possibility of activating specific training courses for operational professional figures.
The objectives of the FS-unions agreement
The agreement aims to overcome "the negative repercussions, for companies and workers, caused in the last two years by the pandemic emergency - reads a note from FS - The foundations have also been laid for the revision of the contractual structure, to be implemented with the next renewal, in line with the important challenges represented by the PNRR and the group's Business Plan".
