Fiat Chrysler does better than the market in France in January and above all it beats several foreign brands that recorded a drop in sales in the same period. This is what emerges from the data released by the national association of transalpine manufacturers, Ccfa: the FCA group recorded an 8,4% increase in registrations compared to a year earlier to 4.780 units on a car market that rose in Hex 3,5% to 137.788.
In particular, the brand has grown Fiat, which recorded +12,9%, and Alfa Romeo with +24,2%. Jeep also did well, +5,4%, while Lancia fell with -88,2%. The group's market share in the month rose to 3,76%, from 3,59% a year earlier. Also in January, among the foreign manufacturers, the Nissan groups (-23,5%), Daimler (-14,6%) and Ford (-3,9%) were down.
