Laura Rovizzi, CEO of Open Gate Italia, joins the Eurotech team, company that deals with the research, development and production of miniaturized computers (NanoPCs) and high performance computers (HPCs).
Rovizzi, an expert in innovative services, new business and digital transformation, as well as in strategic planning, will join the company's board of directors, as an independent member, and will hold the position of chairman and independent director of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Eurotech, founded in 1992, is a multinational company that operates guided by the concept of "pervasive computing", a pervasive computing technology that includes not only miniaturization, but also the distribution of intelligent instruments able to communicate with each other in the environment.
The board of the company also appointed Roberto Siagri as managing director and Aldo Fumagalli as vice president, finally appointing the internal board committees. Their composition is as follows:
