Poste Italiane for the second consecutive year he conquers the podium of the "Corporate Identity Index” (ICI) 2024 thanks to his ESG policies and its ability to create value for the country system. The results of the ICI 2024 survey, the first index dedicated to corporate ESG identity in which around 100 companies listed on the Ftse Mib took part (53% of the list), were presented on the occasion of the "ESG Business Conference" and offer an analysis of the degree of preparation of companies to face future sustainability challenges.
Specifically, theICI 2024 measures the processes followed to promote sustainable business results, the existence of a remuneration policy linked to ESG parameters, gender balance on the Board of Directors, the ability to communicate company objectives clearly, transparently and effectively, the relationship with stakeholders, value chain due diligence and non-financial data management. In 2024, ICI's extraordinary investigation focused on the theme "Manager for the Polis (πόλις)", highlighting the importance of Poste Italiane as a company aware of its role in the life of the community and of the strategic and competitive value of its policies ESG.

The podium obtained in the “Identity Corporate Index (ICI)” adds to others numerous awards obtained by Poste Italiane, present in the most prestigious international sustainability indices, such as Dow Jones Sustainability Index World and Europe, Euronext Equileap Gender Equality Eurozone 100, FTSE4Good, Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index and Stoxx Global ESG Leaders. Added to this result are the obtaining of the platinum medal received by EcoVadis, the maintenance of the "AA" rating in the MSCI rating, the improvement of the score obtained by Moody's, the confirmation of the "A-" rating by CDP, the maximum score obtained in the 3 ESG dimensions analyzed by ISS, the presence in the "Top 1% S&P Global ESG Score 2023" of the Sustainability Yearbook 2024 and the obtaining of an ESG Risk Rating of 16,9 (Low risk) from part of Sustainalytics. Furthermore, the Group maintained its primacy among the sustainability leaders in the MIB® ESG index launched in 2021 by Euronext and Borsa Italiana, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to responsible and sustainable management.
