The story of the Fiat stock in Piazza Affari is about to close. Lingotto announced this morning that all the conditions allowing the merger of Fiat Spa into Fiat Investment with the birth of FiatChrysler Automobiles have been fulfilled and that FCA shares will be listed in New York and Milan starting from Monday 13 October. As specified in the press release from the group, the term established by law for the opposition of creditors has expired without any objections being filed.

Friday, therefore, will be the last day of Fiat shares on the Italian Stock Exchange. After the announcement, the Lingotto shares began to retreat and, by mid-morning, dropped more than 2%, signaling themselves as the black shirt of the Italian stock market which, in the same minutes, travels in negative territory.
