The four-week inter-company marathon with digital events open to everyone kicks off on 14 November. This year the program will be streamed thanks to the TIM 4w4i.it platform

4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, the inter-company marathon to promote the culture of inclusion

The third edition of 14 Weeks 4 Inclusion kicks off on 4 November, the largest inter-company event dedicated to inclusion which this year involves over 250 partners including companies, universities, associations and non-profit organizations to enhance individual rights together to diversity. Among the novelties of this year the choice of stream the rich program of digital events at the link with the aim of promoting an interdisciplinary debate, open to the public, with representatives of institutions, businesses and trade union associations.

On the 4w4i.it website it is possible to register and find all the information and updates on the program of the event, which will end on December 6th. The inaugural day will open with the appointment "It's not a question of gender" (from 11 to 13), during which, after greetings from TIM, the moderator Monica D'Ascenzo, journalist of Il Sole 24 Ore, will guide the discovery of the main contents that will characterize the 2022 edition. Representatives of the corporate world will participate in the plenary, including Mirja Cartia d'Asaro, CEO of Il Sole 24Ore, Roberto Parazzini, Chief Country Officer Italy of Deutche Bank Paola Angeletti, Chief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo, Maria Rita Fiasco, founder of the Pragma Group, Diego Pisa CEO of Teleperformance Italy Group, Arianna Schiavoni, L&D Manager of Peroni, Marco Grazioli, President of The European House – Ambrosetti, Alessandra Miata, Head of CSR Capgemini in Italy, Kiasi Sandrine Mputu co-founder of Africa Investment Club and Vito Cozzoli President and CEO of Sport and Health.

Even this year Ipsos will contribute to 4W4I by carrying out a research which will allow us to understand at what point the companies that will take part in the event are on the issue of gender equality. The results of the research will be presented during the final event which will take place on 6 December from 17 to 19 pm.

An important novelty of the 2022 edition is the media partnerships with the 24 Ore Group which, in addition to being a partner of 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion with its own event on 25 November, as part of the consolidated coverage that Il Sole 24 Ore dedicates to the Day Against Violence against Women, will stream homepage of Il Sole 24 Ore, the opening and closing events of the event.

Among the new collaborations of this edition also the one with Mary Catherine Starr, American comic writer, better known by her Instagram profile "Momlife_comics", which every day will publish on 4w4i.it, exclusively, a table on the themes of Diversity & Inclusion" consistent with the daily events of the kermesse.

Every morning, from 8:50 to 9:00, there will also be on the site of digital newspaper La Svolta, a live press review on the issues of inclusion and the enhancement of diversity by the director Cristina Tagliabue.

During the 4W4I marathon, there will be 3 vertical days dedicated to specific topics:

  • November 18 on LGBT+ issues, on the occasion of the "Transgender Day of Remembrance", which occurs on November 19
  • On 25 November, coinciding with the "Day Against Violence against Women";
  • on 2 December on issues of disability, on the occasion of the 'Day of the rights of persons with disabilities which occurs on 3 December.

The partnership with is important Global Inclusion, a national event dedicated to inclusion issues, which will take place on 29 November 2022 in Milan and in live streaming, with a marathon dedicated to the process of full implementation of the principles ofart. 3 of the Italian Constitution in the workplace and in the country.
