Email virus, false F24: alarm from the Revenue Agency

The e-mail messages contain totally false information (the name of the file contains figures and the denomination F24) relating to alleged payment notices prepared by the Revenue Agency.

False emails from the Revenue Agency with an attached virus. The alarm comes directly from the tax authorities, which has received reports from various users.

The Agency explains that the emails contain "dangerous software (malware) attached that could infect your computer or IT users".

The e-mail messages contain totally false information (the name of the file contains figures and the denomination F24) relating to alleged payment notices prepared by the Revenue Agency.

To avoid damage to your PC, the tax authorities invites you "to pay the utmost attention, not to open the attached files, not to connect to the link contained in the text of the electronic message and to immediately cancel the false email".
