From SuperEnalotto to the National Lottery. Sisal, an Italian company that operates in the gaming and payment services sectors with over 50 points of sale, sets its sights on one of the most important lotteries in the world: the British National Lottery.
The company, which already manages SuperEnalotto in Italy, today announced its intention to participate in the tender launched by the British Government through the Gambling Commission to manage the lottery for 10 years starting from 2023. one of the most coveted licenses in Europe, so much so that all the largest global operators in the sector will participate in the tender.
The selection process will be finalized by the end of 2021when the winner will be announced.
In a note, the company speaks of a "challenge that Sisal undertakes in the year of the 75th anniversary of its birth, marking a further important step in its international development plan which in just 3 years have led it to operate in four markets and successfully manage two transitions, replacing the previous operators in Morocco and Turkey”.
It will be there to support Sisal in the race to win the National lottery Barnardo's, the charity founded by Thomas John Barnardo in 1866 to take care of vulnerable children which today is one of the most prestigious and recognized charities in the United Kingdom. Barnardo's manages an organization of over 7 employees and 14 volunteers and is among the few that can boast the patronage of the English Royal House. "The partnership between Sisal and Barnardo's aims to maximize the contribution to charitable initiatives and guarantee the highest standards of responsibility in terms of player protection".
