Confusion continues over the final text of the maneuver which a few hours ago finally arrived on the desk of the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano. The news of the return to the budget of the 30% cuts on incentives and concessions for the supply of electricity and gas came in the early afternoon. Not even the time to understand that the measure would have resulted in a 3% reduction for bills before the denial by the Minister of the Environment, Stefania Prestigiacomo, arrives. "I am not aware that the law has been reintroduced in the text of the maneuver sent to the Quirinale", writes the minister in a note.
