Olivetti: 5 new board members, 60% of members are women

Revolution at the top of Olivetti, the historic company now controlled by the Tim group. Tim itself has in fact announced that Giovanna Bellezza, Cristina Carollo, Maria Enrica Danese, Simona Girolamo and Carla Nisio have been appointed to the Olivetti board of directors.

With these new appointments, the Olivetti board of directors passes from 14% to 60% female presence, well above the average of all Italian companies.

“The integration of the company's board follows what has already happened in Tim Digital Services, which can count on 80% of women on the board, and in Telsy, where more than one in two board members (57%) are women. "These are concrete actions that reflect Tim's attention to the need to rebalance the composition of genders in decision-making areas, an obligatory step for a meritocratic approach", explains the company in a statement
