On October 4th in Milan the main protagonists of the sector will discuss how the objectives of the National Plan are transforming their companies

Energy and Climate Objectives for 2030: Agici seminar in Milan

“Energy and Climate Goals for 2030, Italian industry in action!” This is the title of the Workshop organized by Agici which will be held on 4 October at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan.

It will be the final event of the first edition of the Agici Energy and Climate Monitor, an occasion in which the main Italian energy and environment groups will be able to discuss how the ambitious objectives of the Pniec (Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan) they are transforming the operations and strategies of their companies.

During the workshop, investments in renewables in grid parity, the evolution of the energy efficiency market, the decommissioning of fossil plants, the role of storage, the future of energy infrastructures and electric mobility will be discussed.

Three round tables are planned. After the greeting to the participants by Prof. Andrea Gilardoni and the presentation of the PEC Monitor proposals by Raffaele Tiscar, the first round table focuses on opportunities, critical issues and new development models for multiutilities. Central theme: technological innovation and circular economy at the service of decarbonisation

In the second round table, the leaders of mobility operators, environmental services and ICT discuss the technological and "cultural" revolutions in their respective sectors. Particular attention is given to potential new businesses for operators, possible models to attack them and new synergies to exploit.

In the last round table, the top management of the main energy operators in Italy discuss strategies and successful business models to achieve the objectives and contribute to the development of the country. Utilities, IPPs, trade associations and TSOs are represented.
