The board of directors of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti approved yesterday the lists for the renewal of the top management of the associated companies Snam, Italgas, Fincantieri and Trevi, confirming most of the names announced in recent days. The board of directors of Cdp, as stated in a note, "upon completion of the preliminary investigation, will proceed with the filing".

The biggest news is at home Snam. The presidency of the company, 31,35% owned by Cdp Reti which owns the infrastructure that transports the gas, will be assumed by Alexander Zehentner, current director of Enel, in succession to Monica de Virgiliis. Instead for the operational leadership, Agostino Scornajenchi (current CEO of Cdp Venture) takes over from Stefano Venier who has managed it for the last three years.

In Italgas, another company owned by Cdp Reti with 25,96%, the change concerns only the presidency, where it arrives Paul Ciocca, former Consob commissioner and then in Open Fiber, in place of Bendetta Navarra. The operational management was confirmed for the fourth consecutive term to Paolo Gallo, who will have to complete the integration operation of 2i Rete gas recently acquired through a capital increase of one billion.

All positions confirmed in Fincantieri where Pier Roberto Folgiero will continue to lead the naval company for another three years after the good results achieved since his appointment in 2022. The presidency is confirmed Biagio Mazzotta, former State Accountant General who replaced General Claudio Graziano last summer.

In Trevi financial the candidate for the presidency is Antonio Maria Rinaldi (in place of Paolo Besozzi) and for the position of CEO the name chosen is Giuseppe Caselli.
