Unicoop Tirreno, one of the big 7 consumer cooperatives of the cooperative system, is looking for 650 workers to strengthen the staff in view of the summer season. I am expectedcontracts of administration up to 6 months, with remuneration in line with that of Unicoop Tirreno employees and application of the guarantees offered by the National Collective Labor Agreement and by the supplementary company contract (including the supplementary increase) and with career possibilities within the cooperative growth.
Coop: 96 points of sale in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria
Unicoop Tirreno has 96 points of sale in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria with the Coop brand, many of which are in places with a large tourist influx. The goal is to hire a new workforce to maintain the level of services offered to customers unchanged during the summer season. Currently the cooperative has approx 3.500 employees, 95% with permanent contract, one of the highest percentages in the panorama of organized large-scale distribution. The women they represent over 70% of the employees, a much higher figure than the average of national companies. There hiring average of the cooperative with a permanent contract, in the last four years, has been 70 people a year, almost all of them entered through fixed-term contracts. In 2021 the turnover of the group was 852,2 million euro.
