Three subsidiaries of Intesa Sanpaolo have been awarded as the best banks. On the occasion of the Best Bank Awards 2022, the review Global Finance awarded the "Best Banks in Central & Eastern Europe" for 2022 recognizing PBZ in Croatia, Banca Intesa in Serbia e VUB in Slovakia as the best banks in their respective countries.
To the three award-winning banks - which are part of the International Subsidiary Banks Division of Intesa Sanpaolo -, explains a note, the American financial magazine recognized in particular "the ability to pay attention to customer needs in complex moments for the markets and the ability to achieve significant and sustainable results”.
Every year Global Finance selects - with the support of financial experts and analysts - the best banks in the world on the basis of elements, including asset growth, profitability, geographical extension, strategic relationships, new business development and product innovation.
Intesa Sanpaolo also recently received other accolades by Global Finance, including the award as "Best Bank in Italy" for the year 2021, as the best digital bank in Western Europe and as the Best FX Provider in Western Europe and Italy.
