The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, led by Mauro Micillo, launches the fourth edition of the “Next Generation Executive Program”, the training course dedicated to young people, created in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit'EDThe initiative has already trained approximately 150 professionals and, with the launch of the new edition, will bring the total number of participants under 35 in the IMI CIB Division, active in Italy and abroad, to 200 through a structured program of professional growth and development of managerial skills.
The training offer of the two-year program 2026–2028 proposes Updated content on artificial intelligence, innovation, and digital transformation, complemented by modules dedicated to analyzing macroeconomic trends and geopolitical scenarios impacting financial markets. "Working in Corporate & Investment Banking today requires the ability to interpret rapid technological changes and an increasingly complex geopolitical context," commented Roberta Accettura, Head of Human Resources & Change Management at Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI CIB Division. "With this new edition, we confirm our commitment to developing strategic and managerial skills, integrating innovation and new technologies to address uncertainty."
The program includes approximately 150 hours of training, consisting of in-person and digital sessions, action learning activities, group work, and a final project work, with contributions from faculty from the SDA Bocconi School of Management and the involvement of managers from the IMI CIB Division and the Group. This training program confirms the commitment of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, led by CEO Carlo Messina, to supporting the development of human capital and youth employability through training programs geared toward educational inclusion and reducing inequalities.
