Surveys Group, a multinational from Bologna active in the embellishment and embroidery sector, has signed a binding agreement for the entry into its capital of Holding Fashion Srl, subsidiary of Holding Industriale SpA (Price), investment company in small and medium-sized companies that represent Made in Italy. The investment agreement provides for various time steps and the stake has currently been set at 30%. Furthermore, on the basis of the agreement, it will also be valued Alkenium, the Rilievi start-up that deals with the outsourcing of processes and services for fashion offered to businesses.

The operation, which provides for the continuation of the current management in the shareholding structure of the Bologna-based company, will allow the company to be strengthened and will allow for the development of new and ambitious growth plans, explains a press release from Rilievi. The current leaders of Rilievi and Alkenium, Michael Galliano, Simona Finelli e Stephanie Marocchi, will maintain their current operational roles and will be supported in corporate strategy and management by Julius Guasco, Chief Executive Officer of Holding Moda.

The Bologna-based company was founded in 1991 on the initiative of seven women, following a training and entrepreneurship support program promoted by the city of Bologna and the National Crafts Confederation (CNA). The best national and international brands and stylists in the luxury sector rely on it. In addition to being present in Italy, it is also in India (Mumbai) and USA USA (New York) and has achieved an aggregate turnover of more than 12 million euros with approximately 200 employees.

(leather garments), RBS (outerwear), Clear dawn (women's light clothing), GAB (leather goods), Project Creative Workshop (denim), Valmor (footwear) e Famar (men's and women's clothing) for a total pro-forma consolidated turnover of 176 million euros and a skilled workforce of around 700 people.
