Shopping for Hera which, with its subsidiary Herambiente, has acquired 70% of Recycla, a Friulian company that manages three platforms for solid and liquid industrial waste with headquarters in Maniago, in the province of Pordenone.

The operation, the company informs in a note, will allow Herambiente to confirm itself as a reference operator in the Friuli area and to provide new customers with 360-degree solutions in waste treatment.

When fully operational, thanks to these three operations, a further 350 tonnes of industrial waste produced by 3.300 new customers will be treated each year, with an additional contribution EBITDA of the Hera group equal to approximately 20 million euros once the transactions have been completed.

“With this acquisition we continue the important strategic development in the industrial waste sector, guaranteeing continuity of service and competitiveness for companies – he comments Tomaso Tommasi of Vignano, executive chairman of the Hera Group -. In the coming months we will complete the closing of two other important companies operating in this segment. The combination of these three operations will involve a total investment of 122 million euros and the entry into our Group of 200 qualified resources”.
