The purpose is to identify a model of inclusive new technologies from introduce in Italian museums to allow a significant reduction of perceptive obstacles and sensory and psycho-cognitive. 

The Italian cultural heritage needs more and more enhancement and innovation and above all make it more accessible. The tender presented by the TIM Foundation has the clear objective of maximizing its use through new methods for an alternative sensory experience for anyone who frequents a museum, even people with disabilities and special needs.

A replicable model of inclusive technologies, inspired by the principles of design for all, to be used on a national scale in museums, in order to easily guarantee the usability of the works of art.

The project" Art that welcomes: inclusion in museums through the use of innovative technologies" is dedicated to people with perceptive and sensory difficulties, specifically to those with joint disability of sight and hearing accompanied by mental retardation or motor deficits. 

The tender, intended for public and private non-profit entities, is aimed at stimulating projects that use the most innovative technologies such as, for example: Artificial intelligence algorithms, immersive experiences, 3D printing, Vocal search/voice systems, Augmented and Virtual Reality, tactile multisensory paths. The solutions will have to be developed with truly replicable and scalable approaches and technologies, in logic Open Source.
