Ferragamo plans to allocate 40-45% of profits to dividends

The Ferragamo group plans to allocate between 40 and 50% of its profits to dividends. This was explained by the president of the fashion house, Ferruccio Ferragamo, during a press conference organized at the Mediobanca headquarters on the occasion of the Milanese stage of the roadshow for listing on the Stock Exchange. The entrance to the markets of the Florentine house is scheduled for June 29th. Ferragamo explained that the issue of coupons was discussed "in the family" and that "the company is in a calm situation and is not in debt". The offer to sell shares for the listing, 23% of the capital, would have already been fully covered.
