Fashion Talent Days 2023: Fashion is looking for talent, over 31 thousand workers per year until 2026

This is what emerged from the Excelsior Unioncamere data presented during the third edition of the Fashion Talent Days, a free and digital live event from 14 to 16 November, promoted by Confindustria Moda, the Italian federation that brings together the seven Made in Italy fashion and accessory associations. A useful tool, explains a note, to bring together supply and demand in the sector.

Fashion Talent Days 2023

The initiative is promoted and organized by Education Committee of Confindustria Moda, chaired by Paolo Bastianello, in collaboration with Human, employment agency. The Education Committee is made up of representatives of all seven associations in the Textile, Fashion and Accessories sectors confederated in Confindustria Moda. Technical partner of the event is CVing, an Italian digital company focused on e-recruiting, which has developed an integrated platform and introduced the on-demand video interview tool. During the Fashion Talent Days, CVing will help companies by intervening with Digital Tools, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding and Candidate Experience.

This year, particular attention is paid to digital and green skills, which, according to Excelsior Unioncamere data, will be required for more than 60% of the total employment requirement by 2026. In fact, these constitute an essential strategic asset to be able to proceed with the green and digital transition, at the center of the economy future.

Among the participants of this edition are leading international companies, such as: Ratti, Loro Piana, Florence group, Zegna Baruffa, Canali, Rinascente and PVH.
