At the conference held today in Rome, relating to the payment times of the Public Administration and the release of its debts, the legal, economic and managerial implications of Legislative Decree 66/2014 were analyzed and the impacts that the law could have on healthcare and public health enterprises.
After the introductory speeches by Dr. Mario Chiodi (European School of Economics; Studio Carnà) and Dr. Mariangela Focacci (Farmindustria), who highlighted some interesting data relating to payment times in the different Italian regions*, Banca IFIS Pharma, represented by the Silvia Magliocchetti, highlighted the role of the factor in the pharmaceutical-health sector.
