On Tuesdays 9nd June at 16 pm a conference organised by the will be held in Rome, at Palazzo Baldassini in via delle Coppelle 35National Association of Popular Banks which is part of the initiatives for the celebration of the 150 anniversary since the foundation of the Association itself.
“Cooperation and credit: constitutional principles and the role of the Popular Banks” is the title of the meeting which will be introduced by greetings from the president of the Luigi Sturzo Foundation, Professor Nicholas Antonetti, and coordinated by the lawyer Nicholas Luigi Giorgi, president of Banca Popolare di Lajatico. Speakers will include the president emeritus of the Constitutional Court, Professor Cesare Mirabelli, Professor John Romano, full professor of Commercial Law at the University of Siena, Professor Daniele Umberto Santosuosso Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of “La Sapienza” and Professor Andrea Zoppini Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of “Roma Tre”.
