Alia Mentis SpA, a deep-tech company operating in the field of innovative materials, specializing in the development and industrialization of proprietary technologies for the production of advanced composite materials and the implementation of innovative production processes, announces the start of construction work on a technological bunker at the new industrial plant recently acquired in Montebelluna (Treviso).

The facility will house the largest industrial tomography system on the market. The tomography system, based on proprietary technology and developed in collaboration with specialized industrial partners, will enable an advanced diagnostic system for large-scale parts, including components for the automotive and aerospace sectors. The start of construction of the technological bunker represents a key element of Alia Mentis's broader infrastructure expansion plan to support the company's industrial and technological growth and respond to new production needs and market demands.

The new plant, acquired by Alia Mentis for a total value of 4,3 million euro, located near the company's historic headquarters, covers a total area of 8.000 m². Renovation work is scheduled to begin in January 2027, with completion estimated by October 2027. The operation was supported by financing for 5,0 million euro da Banco BPM, with an initial grace period intended to allow for the execution of the scheduled works, obtained without personal guarantees and without financial covenants.

For Alia Mentis, the transaction represents a strategic choice aimed at supporting the Company's industrial and technological growth, consistent with the objectives of competitiveness and autonomy that characterize its operating model. The Company's strategic plan, announced upon listing on Euronext Growth Milan (June 29, 2026), envisioned the reorganization of production activities, currently concentrated at the Montebelluna headquarters, into three distinct yet adjacent units. In addition to the historic plant, one unit will be dedicated to expanding the mold-making department and housing a new area dedicated to large-scale 3D printing; the acquisition of the new site will allow the Company to increase its production capacity and sustain growth over the next five years, while maintaining autonomy in carrying out its activities.

"This acquisition represents a key step in our industrial and technological growth. Expanding our production facilities will allow us to effectively respond to growing market demand while maintaining complete independence in operations. Investing in infrastructure strengthens our role as a strategic partner for leading companies in technology-intensive sectors.", He declares Giuseppe Paronetto, CEO of Alia Mentis SpA
