No raise against Bonomi. Chinese group Fosun and French investment firm Ardian have officially announced that they have withdrawn their joint bid for Club Mediterranee. The decision was made after theok from the French Consob to the takeover bid launched by Andrea Bonomi's Global Resorts.
In any case, Fosun "continues to reflect on his options in this dossier", specifies a statement from Gaillon Invest, the company set up by the Chinese and Ardian specifically to manage the Club Med deal. Analysts had bet on a raise of the Franco-Chinese consortium, which instead was not there.
