The Maison Cavalli responds to the rumors, published in the weekly Il Mondo, according to which the designer is willing to sell the vast majority of the package registered to Euromobiliare to the Permira fund. "No agreement has been signed, not even a preliminary one, relating to a hypothetical sale of the group", these are Cavalli's words.
The weekly writes that "the selling price should be around 450 million or something more, equal to 13 times the expected EBITDA for the current year and 17 times that of last year (above 25 million)". “The stylist Roberto Cavalli – reads the article – will remain at the head of the Maison's style”.
However, the well-known Florentine company lets it be known that the board of directors scheduled for today does not have any resolution concerning the sale on the agenda.
