Banco Bpm-Ance: agreement to support businesses

Bpm bank has signed an agreement to facilitate access to credit by companies that are members of the National Association of Builders. In particular, the agreement aims to support companies in theReeds in the restart phase, "making the relationship between the bank and companies more fluid and faster: on the one hand through greater clarity and completeness of information relating to companies, on the other by increasing the speed of responses from the bank", reads a institution note.

The sector will be supported "also with a view to launching energy requalification interventions and making buildings safe by exploiting the opportunities offered by the new 110% superbonus launched by the Government", continues the note.

Companies will have access to the "I'll accompany you to the bank" analysis service, offered by Ance for members, which allows them to evaluate the sustainability of investments thanks to the snapshot of the state of health of the companies, from the economic and financial situation to the overview of activities .

Banco Bpm, on the other hand, "without prejudice to the prerogatives and autonomy in assessing creditworthiness, undertakes to evaluate requests as soon as possible, also through the activation of communication channels dedicated to ANCE members”, writes the lender.

“With this agreement, businesses will have an important new tool for accessing credit – comments the president of ANCE, Gabriel Buia – and therefore promote the use of the new 110% superbonus, which represents a great opportunity to secure and energetically redevelop our real estate assets”.

"The objective of the agreement and collaboration with Ance is to contribute to the restart of the construction sector which remains fundamental for the economy of our country - he explains Matthew Faissola, Sales Manager of Banco Bpm – today it is really important and urgent to use every possible means to support and encourage investments in this sector and help construction companies make the most of the opportunities represented by incentive measures, such as the latest Ecobonus, prepared by the Government".
