The Moody's rating agency confirmed UniCredit SpA's long-term debt and deposit ratings at “Baa2″ and the “Prime-2” short-term rating. The outlook remains stable. Furthermore, Moody's revised the individual "baseline credit assessment" rating to "ba1" from "baa3", which led to a downgrade of the subordinated debt.
